Account and data deletion

If you can sign in to NuRhoN, open Settings or Profile, choose Delete Account, and confirm. You may be asked to re-enter your password or confirm with Google.

In-app deletion removes your Firebase Authentication account and your user profile document (users/{uid}). Institute academic records (for example quiz attempts or batch history) may be retained or anonymized for legitimate educational and compliance purposes.

1. Send an email to support@nurhon.ai from the same email address you use to sign in to NuRhoN. If you sign in with Google or phone, say so in the email and include details we can use to verify your account (for example the email linked to the account, or a user/support reference if we have given you one).
2. Use the subject line: NuRhoN — account and data deletion request.
3. In the body, ask for your account and associated personal data to be deleted.
4. We will confirm your request and may ask a short verification question to protect your account.

We will not complete deletion from an unverified request. If we cannot verify you, we will tell you what we need.

We aim to process verified email requests within 30 calendar days, or as required by applicable law, whichever is stricter. Complex requests may take longer; we will notify you if so. In-app deletion takes effect immediately after confirmation.
